Customer Reviews
We came to this place because it's close to the stadium, and we decided to grab some drinks before heading to the event. We didn't order food, but the seasonal cucumber drink is very delicious and refreshing, and of course, we took the opportunity to have some shots! We sat at the bar and everything was great. Overall, good service.
Branding Iron surprised me, in a good way. Place was pretty chill, nothing fancy. The staff was super friendly too, they were on it the whole time, food came out right and drinks didn't sit empty. I ordered the bone-in chicken with the mango habanero sauce. Mostly because it sounded good and I was hungry. First bite… yup, that was iit. Chicken was juicy, skin had a nice crisp, not soggy at all. Big pieces too. The sauce was the star. Sweet up front, real mango flavor, then the heat slowly kicks in. Bu just enough to make you pause for half a second. Then you go right back in. Everything came out hot and fresh. A little messy, but that’s kind of the point. Fingers were a disaster by the end. No regrets. I’d go back just for that dish. Haven’t even thought about what else is on the menu y
Had a great experience at Branding Iron. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service really stood out. James went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.
Rating: 1/5 Stars I made a reservation for 11:00 AM to enjoy brunch with my daughters, but the restaurant wasn't even open. We waited for 25 minutes, and we weren't alone; several other parties were waiting and eventually left in frustration. At 11:10 AM, we saw a red Hummer pull up to the back door to finally begin opening the shop. It’s very disappointing when a business doesn't respect its customers' time or its own schedule. We won't be coming back.
I was there this Sunday for Superbowl game. Later I saw security by a woman. I soon realized she was intoxicated and they stopped her from leaving and called a family or friend. The lady wanted to leave a few times but they were very gentle and sat her back down. As a women this made me feel good. Those two security men, I didn't get their names, went above and beyond their job. The food is good, love the wings and fried. Staff is great and always helping with an extra chair, cleaning the tables etc. They are very busy but be patient they take care of you.
