Bojangles

This was my favorite Bojangles until today. I was nearing the bottom of my unsweet tea and slurped up chunks of gelatinous mold. I called and spoke to Hunter, who said he was a manager. When I told him about it he said he didn’t “know what to say”, to which I replied he could tell me he needs to get off the phone and clean his equipment immediately. He assured me that the equipment gets cleaned nightly, which I would believe had I not ingested CHUNKS OF MOLD, that take weeks to build up and congeal to this amount. Clean your ice dispenser, clean your taps, clean your spouts. Jeopardizing people’s health out of laziness is unacceptable. * I’m updating this to say I called the franchise owner, I emailed corporate, and I called the store itself. No one has reached out after several days

They are so yummy. I love bojangles so much but the only issue is that sometimes they don’t put enough seasoning on the frys and I love their frys I’d die for their frys. I’ve only went through the drive through so i have never seen the inside so I put a five star on atmosphere but don’t take my word for it. I love you bojangles

Orders are often incorrect. They forget to add the side dishes at east 50% of the time. Prices went up over 50% in the four years I've lived in Walnut Cove. I like fried chicken, but I wish there was a competitor in the neighborhood.

This place looks brand new. Considering how reliable seasoned fries are supposed to be, it's shocking that they serve ones that are so stale they'd be better suited as kindling. They need to improve or simply close.

If you go any day at 6pm they will have no chicken.. and then they will say itll be 9 minutes.. when you will always be waiting 30 plus minutes! Which makes no sense because it only takes 12 minutes to cook the chicken! How hard is it to have chicken ready during peak times??????
