Bojangles

While parked in the Walmart parking lot, I noticed an employee cleaning the drive-thru windows, something many restaurants fail to do. It made decide to check them out for breakfast. Everything was spotless, the food was good and the employees were courteous and helpful with my order.

The menu picture shows a good size coleslaw bowl with your meal. I get my meal and this is the coleslaw cup 2 bites of coleslaw with your 3 piece meal. I will not come back.

Had to wait 30 minutes for bo berry cookies ask for a water for my wait it's 90 degrees outside and they charge me for it. Horrible customer service I ordered an 8 piece tailgate, not no two piece by the way it shouldn't matter but just saying I didn't spend two dollars and try to grab a free water ridiculous

Food was alright but really heavy on the grease. Service was extremely slow. My Mountain Dew was mostly water.

I try not to leave bad reviews because 1 bad visit could be just a 1 time thing. But 3 visits with similar issues, makes it seem to be the normal here. Waiting over 30 minutes for an order, every visit they have to cook the chicken which I understand, but bringing out hot chicken with cold fries is ridiculous, being asked to pull up & wait in the handicap spot by the door (which I did not do!) & some of the employees acting as if customers are inconveniencing them is unacceptable. I hear people rave about this location as their morning go to. But that definitely hasn’t been my experience trying to pick up dinner in the evening. ** editing to say, if I had read other reviews before posting mine, I would’ve seen that my experiences do seem to be the norm at this location unfortunately.
