Bojangles

Every time I go through the drive thru it's a coin flip game of whether or not I'm gonna eat there. Sometimes I go through the drive thru and I'm in and out in 5 minutes, as is the standard for fast food drive thrus. Bur every other time I find myself waiting for 10-15 minutes and I suddenly remember there's a Hardeez next door. Honestly I prefer Bojangles, but at the end of the day it's fast food. And fast food is supposed to be, well, fast. This place is not so fast. Today was probably the 3rd time in the past couple weeks I just gave up after ordering and went elsewhere, and so did the 3 people in line behind me (I actually waited the longest because I really wanted to be understanding). This was one of the nastiest stores I’ve EVER SEEN. Every single table in this restaurant was dirty. There is waste from the trash cans spilled all over the dining room floor. It stinks so bad. The bathrooms are dirty as well. The sanitizer buckets filled with trash and the lady behind the counter was taking orders and making food without washing her hands. I could literally see the dirt on her hands. I kindly asked to wash her hands before she made our food. Don’t drink out of the fountain drink machine you might get sick the caps where nasty. The manager had every excuse in the book and no solution.

Their grade is an 84....😱 I noticed it as we were leaving. The chicken was dry. The lady that took our order was very nice and helpful. While dining, we heard employees joking and playing using "colorful" language. Not saying it isn't okay to joke around, please don't misunderstand me, but they were really loud and the curse words was unnecessary.

I couldn’t get over how slow this location was until I went inside. Tables dirty, carpet dirty, trash over flowing, bathroom had trash everywhere. Staff was nice. They seemed to enjoy working together as they talked. They may have had a rush before my arrival. Just assumed once it slowed they would clean. Fries hard and cold, Chicken slightly warm, Biscuit was hard and cold. Only was able to eat most of the inside of it. This is what lead me to think they didn’t just finish a rush. Company I once worked for we have a motto if you got time to lean you got time to clean. Time temps are a must. Sorry never given a low review before but I felt it was needed.

We ordered delivery from here this evening. We have quite the crowd, and ordered a 12 piece family meal, 8 piece family meal, and desserts. The chicken was decent but not amazing which is to be expected. But..we should have had 12 biscuits and were sent none. Also, instead of the 2 large coleslaws, we were given two individual sized coleslaws. Then, we only received 1 of the two half gallon sweet teas. So I called the store, was very polite, as we are not rude people. The woman we spoke to said we needed to call corporate. No appology at all!! I do not mind mistakes. Things happen- new staff, call offs, unexpected rush, etc... But what I cannot stand is when mistakes are made and nobody takes accountability or makes it right. 💯
