Bojangles

Dont eat inside. Tables, especially booths, all have pieces of food on them. They dont clean the tables very often evidently. No priority on cleanliness. Biscuit tasted great but fell apart immediately. Had to eat it with a spork.

We were asked to wait 2 minutes for our food at drive-thru. This was after they asked us to choose an alternate selection for our meal. They were out of wings for the family meal. That's when they asked us to wait 2 minutes and we will have your order ready. Approximately 12 minutes later, they gave us order. When we got home there were wings in the meal after all instead of our chosen substitution (drumsticks). The entire time waiting they didn't even have the courses to at least update us on what was going on with our food. To add, some of the chicken seemed old or overcooked. Some was very tough and chewy. Normally we really like their food, especially the chicken. This visit was just completely disappointing and underwhelming.

While not much of a fast food diner, i have visited your restaurant a few times with my grandson. Your employees have always been very kind and engaging. There is not too much of that at other businesses these days. Today was an especially good visit as Jalasha B and another employee, <sorry i missed getting her name>, older lady, purple hair, both were so sweet with my grandson and took the time to give him extra attention. To have employees that are willing to have meaningful conversations with your customers goes a long ways and needs to be recognized. Take good care of all of them. Five stars for great employees!!

Tried their 3 pc chicken dinner, which had 2 thighs and a drumstick, 1 side, biscuit, and drink for $12. The fried chicken tasted great with some hot sauce. I didn’t like their Mac n cheese. Next time I’ll try a different side. Don’t forget honey for your biscuit and lemon slices for your iced tea! 🍋 🍯

Ain’t nothing like sitting down and taking a bite of a raw piece of chicken. Appetite has left, the bo round were cooked perfectly and I’m glad I ain’t those first.
