Fast food (and the service that comes along with it) is getting really, really bad in Pickens! I usually don’t write reviews on a whim because service and food quality vary greatly depending on shifts/employees. But I just wanted to take a moment to leave a positive review because whoever made our food today did their thing in the kitchen! Everything in our order looks better than the menu pics, and more importantly- the order was correct. I visited 2/26/26 at 10:30, I didn’t get the manager’s name, but she was very friendly & had things moving quickly.

Terrible every time. I gave up on breakfast after several failed attempts. Long waits and bad employee attitudes. Tried to get chicken for lunch yesterday, failed again. Had to explain that I wanted chicken with the bone. Was told at least 8 minutes with an attitude. Horrible place.

The tater rounds were cold and greasy. Not crispy. And the steak on my biscuit was mushy, not crispy.

We went yesterday and got two sandwich meals with fries. My boyfriend found a zen pouch in his fries. Called up there and the lady said to send her a photo and she’d call me back. Never heard anything.

Completely raw chicken! I was told there was a 3 minute wait for fresh chicken biscuits. After received my biscuit, I took two bites and something just felt off. Opened up my biscuit and saw raw chicken. Immediately called the store, and was told that they fryer has been broken for a few days and no one has come out to repair it, and was offer a replacement. Unfortunately, that didn’t sit right for me counting the fryer is broken and I didn’t want to expose myself to anymore raw chicken. Nothing but an empty apology.
