We had the sweetest waitress! There were 7 of us siblings on our way to our dear brothers funeral. She went out of her way to make things easier for us. I accidentally knocked over my sister's chocolate milk off the table. She was cleaning it up and trying to take care of everyone. The food was delicious 😋😋. We will always be thankful for our waitress.
Came to bob Evans and was treated very kindly and was given super professional, and comforting service. Very happy to come back and have an awesome experience! Had a great server by the name Brenda I believe and Rhonda is a great manager and is very friendly and professional and this store deserves some good feedback!! Thank you again! ☺️
Order was wrong. Had to get are our own silverware. She never corrected the order even after she knew it was wrong. This is the third different Bob Evans I went to service sucked at all. Will not be going back
LarderRoom... We had family in town for the weekend, and they were hungry. But it's always hard to find coming everyone can agree on, and with tables big enough for us all. Wrong. Bob Evans fit the bill. There was no wait for the table, the service was spot on, and the food was delicious. The food definitely could have come out just a little quicker, but I'm honestly just being picky at this point. My tip? Whole hog platter, upgraded to loaded home fries and with a side of biscuits and gravy! And of course Tabasco! Enjoy!
The amosphere was okay - clean. The food could have been better but the staff interactions were rough at times. Our waitress was to a decent level by the end of our time there. 🤝🤍
