Bluewater Organic Distilling

I wanna start by saying that Katie and Rachel were AWESOME HOSTS! From the moment we walked in they were very friendly and outgoing, they gave us a full rundown of the spirits made by Bluewater to the mixed drinks. Had an overall outstanding time with my spouse! HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND will definitely be coming back.

This is my favorite spot in Everett. Their bread and spreads is a great starter. Then we get the seafood/salmon chowder! And a flourless cake for dessert. Great food and atmosphere

We've been visiting this bistro for several years. John has always been a gracious host. The food has always been exquisite. (Brian and his staff do a great job in the kitchen). The staff is always friendly and courteous. This is a great place for a party too. Tonight we saw the other side of Bluewater. Within a few feet of the hand crafted copper stills - it's party central. Plenty of room for the invited guests to spread their wings and enjoy the pleasantries of the evening. John Lundin and his better half Hannah took us on a tasting tour of organic spirits. And I'm not talking Ghost to Ghost. This was highly educational and loads of fun at the same time. Some friends and I went here after work and it was great. The drinks were delicious (everyone loved what they got), and they had some really good zero proof options as well. The food was also good, primarily seafood options, but some non seafood as well. If you're looking for a place with delicious cocktails and some good food, this is it.

One of my favorite places for a great cocktail and food. Would take a date here, would also have a hangout with friends. Great vibes and when the suns out it has some great outdoor seating.Being a distillery alone should let you know that you will be getting some amazing drinks, love how they have seasonal drinks for a change to the regular menu for once you get familiarized with it. The Rustic Mac and Cheese is a great option and don't forget to look for the specials that always has something for anyones taste. Been coming here for years and would recommend it to anyone, always a good time.
