Auto-Chlor System

Autochlor has always been a great company to work with. But recently they have hired some amazing technicians that really know how to get the job done. Louis is so great at customer service and going above and beyond to get the job done right. It is people like him that restore my faith in good customer service! Our restaurant dim sum yuan recently had a dishwasher installed by Luis from Auto Chlor, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Luis was incredibly professional, patient, and detail-oriented. The installation turned out to be much more complicated than expected, but he handled every challenge calmly and efficiently. He took the time to double-check every connection, explained what he was doing, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. You can really tell he takes pride in his work and cares about doing things right, not just fast. We primarily work with Josh, who is awesome, but absolutely everyone we've worked with from Auto Chlor is communicative and respectful. Auto Chlor has always been quick to answer questions and address any issues we have, which are few. Great service, great products, and no complaints!
