Overall very good experience! Initially I made an appointment towards the end of their hours. Turns out there was some miscommunication as the person that was supposed to do my documents had to leave sick earlier in the day, and my appointment fell through the cracks. I called the listed phone number and they got someone out to me in 15-20 minutes. They even waived the fee for the inconvenience. Further, the entity that I needed the notarization for had some issue with the initial documents (for some odd reason), and they helped re-do all the documents that needed notarizing at no charge to me. I appreciate the flexibility and honesty. Got the job done!

Jax and Boe were absolutely wonderful to work with. They both helped me out with notary as I was navigating the system (while freaking out mind you). They handled me with grace and were helpful. I'm definitely coming back when I need to :)
