Nice coffee and a delicious apple turnover made with flaky puff pastry. Jittery Joe’s coffee is smooth and well-balanced, and the baked pastries are fresh and satisfying. They also offer paninis and tasty avocado toast. A nice touch is their use of Georgia-grown produce and local honey, which adds to the cozy, authentic feel.

This is the best restaurant in Dahlonega, without a doubt! Their large Italian sub was exquisite, and the staff, including the owner, are some of the best people you can possibly meet! Unreal atmosphere and will definitely be coming back!

Coffee Shop No. 475 Blue Market 42 Dahlonega, GA March 10, 2025 Blue Market 42 was my last coffee stop after strolling through downtown Dahlonega, Georgia with my husband. The cafe looks like a little house on the corner, but the inside has been beautifully updated into a large open area with natural lighting gleaming through the windows. The focal point is a long beautiful counter. It reminded me of counters you would have seen in grocery stores, pharmacies, or 5 and dime stores in the early 20th century. The other things to catch my eye were bthe table game set up, merchandise from local vendors, games scattered throughout, high top tables in the back, a big comfy looking couch and local art. Several of my friends have recently visited this place and spoke very highly of their experience, so I was happy to have been invited by someone to go there recently and see for myself. My wife and I were both impressed with the atmosphere, variety of drinks and snacks, decor, helpful staff, and especially the the thoughtful and engaging owner. We were particularly impressed with the chai that we enjoyed while we listened to a talented musician perform live in the comfortably appointed back seating area. We heard descriptions of some ideas for the future of the shop, and we are looking forward to the expanded options that we understand are forthcoming. What an awesome place!!! Henry, the owner, shared some crazy stories with us on his journey to make this dream happen. So grateful to have such a cool place in Dahlonega that offers so many things. It’s Mother’s Day weekend and my mom and I are sitting outside with the herbs they are growing and enjoying their Honeysuckle Latte!
