Bledsoe Telephone Co-Op

Moved in and internet worked fine for 6 months. Lately it just dropps out. Like not slowing just completely drops out and we now have to reset the modem once a week to every single day. For what we pay it should not be running this bad and all their working on it fixes have not worked.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Bledsoe Telephone Cooperative. From my very first contact with Haley to the installation today with Eli, everything has been absolutely excellent. Eli, the installer, showed up right on time and immediately got to work. He hustled the entire time, stayed focused, and had such a friendly and positive attitude. I mentioned that I needed to be at work by noon, and he reassured me it would be no problem. True to his word, he kept me updated throughout the process and finished everything in time. For our family of five, this service has been life-changing. Updated review: Well it finally happened. BTC ran fiber optic up Fredonia mtn. to my house and I couldn't be happier. Hope others are able to get fiber! Its like discovering fire. Everythng came to life, my bill went down from $109 to $99 for 500mbps and it's usually faster than what I purchased. I must also say my previous review was focused about the internet service, not the employees and service technicians who in my opinion are always pleasant and very helpfull people. Service keeps going in and out. For whats being paid this is a joke. Wish a better service provider would come here.

I have only had this service for 6 months. My only qualm is they do not send out bulletins if there is to be maintenance. As someone who is working from home, relying on the internet, its horrid when you lose 2 hours of oay because your internet drops and the provider can't be bothered to send an email. I was told to "check Facebook " and honestly I shouldn't have to follow their social media page to get vital information that costs me money.
