Holloway's

Stopped at Holloway’s on our way to Fall Creek Falls from Birmingham — our first time in Dunlap. There’s a smoker outside which prompted us to order BBQ sandwiches, which were simple, tender and delicious. My husband had his on Guinness sourdough from a local baker, which was a nice touch. The staff were very welcoming and treated us like the locals who came in and out. Seating is tight with a row of bar seats inside and a row outside. Think they do a fair amount of takeout. Highly recommend!

The only reason this isn't 5 stars is the small portion sizes for burger patties and the lack of meat in the chicken bacon ranch wrap, it was like the crumbs from the bottom of a bag of frozen chicken tenders - we were really disappointed all 3 times we ordered the wrap. However, the BEST banana pudding I've ever had! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Best bbq I’ve ever had! The absolute sweetest and most genuine people in the cutest little town too! Definitely stop by! They have some amazing food and the best burger I’ve ever had too if you’re not too big on bbq! The banana pudding is to die for as well!!

The BEST local BBQ! My team and I order from Holloways almost every Friday and it's the highlight of our week! I've had the loaded BBQ potato and they don't skimp on those toppings! It's the perfect amount of meat, sauce, and cheese with a massive potato! I just recently tried the cheeseburger and curly fries and it was outstanding as well! Not only do they serve awesome food, but they continuously serve their community as well! I can't recommend them more!

My husband and I always struggle to find a good burger in Dunlap…until now!! I ordered the OG with onion rings and banana pudding for dessert. All was delicious. Don’t let the “hole in a wall” atmosphere deter you. The owners waited on us and could not be any nicer. Holloways, we will be back!!
