Black Duck Inn

I was fortunate to be able to stay at the Inn due to a last-minute cancellation on triathlon weekend. Kate was a very welcoming and accommodating host. The room was comfortable and the continental breakfast was lovely, with lots of fresh fruit options and nice pastries. I'm definitely going to (try to!) reserve a room for my next race in Rock Hall!

We stayed in the Brice Room at the Black Duck Inn for our wedding anniversary. The clean room was a nice size, and included a small patio that acted as a private entrance. Kate was an excellent host who provided wonderful breakfast items and great advice on where to go in the area. There is a nice pier across the street from the Inn that is part of the property. We ate there on one of the picnic tables that offered a beautiful waterfront view. We also visited the Admiral Club Beachside Bar, which has a beautiful sunset view. Kate recommended that we have dinner at the Blue Heron Oyster Inn, which has excellent seafood. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend it as a wonderful and relaxing place to stay.

Great Inn with a great hostess in Kate. She met us and agreed with all my lunch & dinner choices as well as telling us all about Rock Hall. Our room, the Brice, was very spacious and clean with excellent water pressure in the shower. Although it is a B&B. I'd say was a B&LB (lite breakfast). Kate had a Keurig coffee maker and provided tasty muffins & cakes. fresh fruits (bananas, strawberries. grapes. apples & peaches) as well as cookies and granola bars.|Only negative is that there was no TV in our room or the main parlor.

What a perfect location, host, and space! We went over to Rock Hall for the holiday weekend. Kate was a gracious host who dealt with me not having our ducks in a row in a kind and friendly manner. The room was perfect (we stayed in Hebron), and the location couldn't have been better. While breakfast is continental it was more than enough and the baked goods were so good! Having bikes to explore town was great as we'd come over by boat. We are already plotting our return :)

We stayed here for the 4th last year and are coming back for more. We thought Kate's breakfast spread was very good, and enjoyed the comfortable room and quiet yet convenient location. Hoping to get a slip this year. Kate, hook us up! 😁
