Gone VERY noticably downhill in the last year or so not sure if its switched hands or what but this is not a quality sandwich which is upsetting because I really did like to frequent there but was used to everything we get having the same quality as always but now not so much ): and no they were not busy whatsoever so theres no excuse there. Very sad used to be a great place who cared about the quality they put out

Ordered a caprese sandwich. It only has about 4 ingredients - bread, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, and mozzerella. The bread had so much olive oil that it was greasy. It was insane. The sandwich didn't have any vinegar. The mozzerella only covered a small section of the middle of the sandwich, the first and last bites have none because they only give you a measly piece. There was genuinely about 2 pieces of fresh basil. It was as though they ran out of ingredients to make the sandwich. I was really disappointed.

It was a wonderful experience! I ordered over the phone with the sweetest and most efficient young lady. She was very helpful, accommodating and enthusiastic! I had my meal; which was absolutely delicious! 😋 The young man, who delivered was gracious and polite. I’m so impressed, I will order from them again and again. ALWAYS perfection! The salads are amazing (see pic which doesn’t do it justice as I had already eaten some of it😋). They accommodate all substitutions and additions. The sandwiches are the best in town. The staff are all so friendly, and welcoming- they go above and beyond the normal customer service you’ll experience elsewhere! Rebecca is the best! ❤️

Food here was great. Staff was kind. Place was clean. No grief when asking to use the bathroom (which is apparently a thing in the area) Panini was huge and the price was very fair. I'm glad I randomly stopped here and I would definitely go back again if I'm in the area.
