Bird Craft

Great decision to have a restaurant right inside of the brewery. Bird craft has delicious bites to offer. I love their crispy chicken bowl. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Pork belly fried rice was packed with Thai spices and crispy chunks of pork belly.

We came here on a whim and wow, it did not disappoint!! Legit the best fried chicken and bowl we’ve had in a long time. I will come back just to have the bird bowl again. The service was friendly and the food came out fast (within 5-10 min) even though they were busy.

Food is simply exceptional. Im from dallas and this was one of the best fried chicken restaurants i have been too. The service was also spectacular. They were nice and the food was ready within minutes. I am in CO for 4 days and already been here twice and prob going to hit up spot again before i leave.

Located inside Outter Ranger Brewery! This place is AWESOME! Definitely a unique new blend of Thai and fried chicken with a variety of delicious and unique sauces. You get one sauce with your meal, but you can buy more for $1. I got a half chicken for around $16. It came with jasmine rice, amazing pickles, and some peppers. My mom got the Poke Bowl, and if I could go back, I would get that instead! Amazing! My little brother for the chicken sandwich and said it was delicious. I really enjoyed the uniqueness of this place - service was good, fast, and food came out quick. I'll be back!
