Hey, it was so good to be back in this place after it was closed for sooooooooo long. Betty’s has a great new vibe and it a friendly place. When was the last time you had the owner come over to your spot at the bar and shake your hand and introduce himself as he thanks you for coming in? That happened. I also was treated by Cheddar, the cutest golden retriever I ever met in a bar. When TS came on the jukebox the owner cranked it - it was a blast This is a fun place. The Guinness is poured right and the drinks are not stingy.

Betty’s is a great bar with an amazing story. We came to Chestertown and they made us feel like locals. Great service and drinks. Highly recommended. Please support local businesses.

Nothing like a good ol time at Betty’s! You will be greeted by the lovely golden retriever Chedda and the staff will follow with high end drinks, cold beer, and a great wine selection.

Typical dive bar feel. Lots of good drink options to include espresso martinis and Prosecco on tap. Out doors area and room for expansion. They have a ton of TVs for watching sports, and Sundays this becomes the local Baltimore Ravens bar for fans.

Great place, awesome staff, good drinks and Chedder the golden lab greeter is the best.
