Evergrain Bread Company

Evergrain is such a wonderful staple in the Chestertown community! From their delicious lattes and coffee to their exquisite baked goods and baguettes. My personal faves are their Sun Buns and Buzz Bars but I also love their croissants, cookies and muffins - really anything I’ve tried! On a Saturday you may see a line out the door and for good reason! Don’t let that deter you, it does quickly and is worth the short wait!

Stopped here with wife and daughter while shopping in Chestertown. We had coffees, a piece of cake and a muffin. All were excellent. We sat outside and enjoyed the nice weather and our goodies. We had been here previously and remembered the excellent service and bread treats, so we made sure we returned. 5 stars all the way around.

Long line but worth it if you have the time to wait. I got the turkey hand pie and it was SOOO good. The lattes are really good too but way too light, don’t taste like coffee, so just get an extra shot and it’s perfect :). The pastries are really good.

Best baguettes & actual espresso on the shore that I know of. Probably want to show up between 10am to 12pm for the most availability of goodies, I've made the mistake of showing up before the baguettes are done..boo hooh. Odd vibe though, I have either come right after, had to wait outside because of, or seen people kicked out on numerous occasions. For what, no clue, but being a city boy I rarely saw that anywhere in my entire life and I've lived in some rough spots so the atmosphere gets a low score.
