Bethel Public Library

Very helpful staff - I was able to log into a computer and print documents. Be advised that to pay for the printing services you need cash in singles or quarters!

A beautiful, restored building in the heart of Bethel. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. The building is well maintained and has many modern features. They are family friendly, have numerous activities for all kinds of subjects (chess, reading groups, family fun/crafts, etc.). A truly wonderful and needed pillar for the community!

It has gotten better in terms of the staff friendliness. One of the women up front, the young lady is very positive and so welcoming; the other two men are not. Upstairs, there's one woman that is very friendly and accommodating. The others when you're asking to reserve a room it's as if you've done something wrong. they're so skeptical. So I suggest having your staff trained on being very friendly and welcoming (good customer service) because if not, it makes a very unpleasant experience and people are tax paying citizens that deserve just a friendly experience.

Having recently relocated to Bethel, one of my anticipated destinations was the library. Upon my arrival, I was impressed by its pristine condition. As I approached, the warm welcome from the community members brightened my day. Upon entering, I received exemplary assistance in locating everything I needed. Tom, whose expertise in Quantum Physics is truly remarkable, was the first to greet me. Daniel, another staff member, provided invaluable assistance with my resume and offered additional support. Ellen and Helen, the library coordinators and administrators, are invaluable resources for anyone looking to organize special meetings or groups within the community. The library has quickly become one of my favorite places, and I am grateful to Bethel for providing such exceptional support and

A big plus for the town...courteous staff, very comfortable since the much needed renovation. Follow up: I reiterate this is an important town resource with something for ever resident. Staff is exceptional.
