Bento's Hibachi & Sushi Express

We have been coming to this place for almost 10 years and I have never had a bad experience here. what I appreciate about it the most is I can come in here and within six minutes get a delicious meal for my family on a Saturday night. The owners are always very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean. There is plenty of parking in the wallet shared parking area out front. The restaurant is handicap accessible.

The food is very consistent. It’s a great place for us to order lunch and have plenty of leftovers for a second meal. The hibachi chicken or steak are great and we have tried both the rice or noodles to accompany it with the vegetables. I recommend to get extra sauce whether it be teriyaki or yum yum so the second round isn’t dried out.

I decided to give Bento's another try today after not eating there for years due to a previous experience that left me with digestive issues. I figured enough time had passed and was willing to give it a fair chance. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the moment I walked in. As soon as I entered, the man at the counter immediately demanded my order before I even had a chance to look at the menu. When I explained that I hadn’t been there in years and needed a moment, he aggressively repeated the question and made a smart remark. Being rushed and spoken to rudely is not acceptable customer service. I chose to walk out rather than spend my money somewhere that makes customers feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and my give them digestive issues.

Love their sushi and sashimi. When I just want really good carry out and dont feel like sitting in a restaurant, this is my go to place. This place is run like a well oiled machine, 7 years and they have never messed up our order.

I live nearby to this place and I’m OBSESSED with it. My bf too. We don’t go as much now that we are at school but when we are around we go minimum once a week lol. The bento boxes can be a bit inconsistent. Sometimes the noodles are delicious and sometimes they are a bit bland. The sushi however is always delicious and the shrimp tempura is the best Ive ever had and cannot be topped. They rarely make mistakes with the orders as well so that’s nice.
