Ben & Jerry’s

The Ben & Jerry's on Delmar in St. Louis is a fantastic spot for a sweet treat! The staff are always friendly and patient, even when there's a line out the door (which is usually a good sign!). They have all the classic Ben & Jerry's flavors you know and love, plus some unique offerings. The ice cream is always creamy and packed with those delicious chunks and swirls. It's the perfect place to grab a cone, cup, or milkshake and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the Delmar Loop. Definitely a must-visit for ice cream lovers in St. Louis!

Ordered on DoorDash and were missing almost the entire orders. We had ordered the party mix of 3 individual pint containers of different flavors but instead received only one with ALL of them mixed in. Extremely disappointed as the descriptions says it feeds 12-14 people. The topping containers were misleading compared to the pictures and lacking. This was supposed to be enough for multiple people and it’s a shame to receive such a wrong order. Please teach employees to read descriptions throughout. I’d seek other options to order from.

I was very disappointed. I visited on a Saturday afternoon, and they didn’t have any of the ice creams I wanted: no salted caramel, no brownie, no cookie dough, no chocolate chips. $25 for three very small ice cream bowls (2 scoops) without tip. The store was very dirty, floors, one table upsside down, I need to take the chairs out.

Darius was a polite and professional employee. He seems like a very hard working employee! He must be a great asset to the Ben and Jerry's franchise restaurant. Thank you for a great experience at my first ice cream shop!
