Beech Tree Inn and Cottage

No regrets choosing BTI for out first mini vacation as a couple. Our king room with fireplace and jacuzzi was perfect. Perfect size, welcoming decor and relaxing. Good sized balcony that would be enjoyed if it wasn't cold and drizzling out. Hung out in the parlor for a little last night and we're welcomed by a very polite and hospitable gentleman who checked to see if we needed anything before he left for the night. This place is exactly what we needed to recharge and refresh. Always looking for somewhere close to home to just get away and just found our new favorite place. Looking forward to the rest of our stay here. Thank you for everything!

Our couples getaway at Beech Tree Inn & Cottage was absolutely lovely. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—exactly what you want when escaping for a relaxing stay. We especially loved that the stay included a traditional breakfast, which was such a nice touch and a great way to start the day.||The innkeeper/owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was warm and cozy, which was perfect on a cold winter’s day. Her recommendations for places to visit were spot-on and really enhanced our trip.||The location is also a huge plus—conveniently close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore without needing to travel far. When we arrived there were three couples ahead of us checking in so we left to go sightseeing w/plans to return later. I had received a text in the morning prompting me to chk in early by sharing my license plate & driver’s license. I didn’t feel safe doing so & did not. While we were sightseeing the B&B texted me asking when we would rtn to chk in. I said 15 min. I thought we would meet the host when we returned but never did. They gave me all the codes I needed to self check-in by text. Perhaps this is more common for B&Bs these days?||||The room we were assigned was not the one I selected on Booking com. I selected a King room but I wanted the one that had two armchairs. Our room had no chairs and I was disappointed. Also, the room was pretty plain and could use more pictures on the wal

It was the perfect place to stay after proposing to my fiancée. Contactless check-in was convenient and hassle-free, and from that moment on, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Our room was spotless and cozy, and all the little details made it feel really special. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and a great way to start each day. I especially loved the breakfast menus left on the door. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. 10/10 experience, and we’d happily return.

Excellent rating. This is our second time back here. The home is cheerfully decorated for Christmas and Irena, the host is always friendly and helpful to us. The room and whole house is very well maintained and very clean. Her breakfasts' are delicious and made to order. It is only minutes to all the main attractions in Newport. We highly recommend this place to travelers.
