Beans & Brews Coffee House

So frustrating when you go out to get a coffee and this happens they didn’t even fill the cup all the way this has happened to me several times not sure I will go back frustrating when the drink is 6.50. Like come on do better beans and brews

This place is trash. Beans and brew was a great local coffee shop. Now corporate trash. Lady ahead of me got her order wrong. Rather than make my coffee, they just gave me hers. Then remake my 12oz coffee to 20oz like i want 10more ounces of milk. So remake again, 12oz of steamed milk. Completely white, no coffee. This is supposed to be a coffee place not a hot milk bar. I am not a coffee a snob, this place is so bad. No remorse, just lazy.

The atmosphere was nice, Pretty quiet w/only 1 other guest in-store at 6:pm. My pumpkin spice lattè was delish but both employees I dealt with could definitely use some help in the customer service skills department.

Iced matcha is, as my friend put it, “one of the best [she’s] ever had.” The churros were so tough I nearly chipped my teeth on them. Splitting the review down the middle, lol

I took a long break from this place hoping they would improve, but my "welcome back" today proved me wrong. I ordered a frozen latte which is salvageable, but the Avocado Toast made on a fat, old, stale heel from white bread is not edible. It's like eating jerky! I guess return business is not important.
