Crave Cookies

I usually go to the SLC Crave and it looks like I will be avoiding bountiful in the future. The Cinnaroll Cookie is probably my favorite Crave cookie and when I saw it on the menu I even ordered 2 in my box of 6 because I love them. I could not recognize the two “cinnaroll cookies” I received either by appearance or taste. The Cinnaroll cookies are always a flatter cookie with a perfect cinnamon roll filling and a frosting that is a smooth consistency. From bountiful I got two hunky dough balls that clearly had too much flour in the dough and the frosting is seriously chunky with unmixed cream cheese all throughout it. (And tasting it again, realizing the main issue is that the frosting is pretty much just straight cream cheese) Literally just flour balls with cream cheese spread on them

Just got done at the Crave drive thru. We tried to go in the front door but there was a sign that the lobby was closed (we did see two girls behind the counter talking to each other up front). Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. The girl running the drive thru was darling and very kind but she had zero help and there were a lot of people in line. She did all the work (took our order, took our payment, put the cookie order together) and then as we drove past the store the two employee were still standing by the front counter talking to each other. We felt bad for the girl working the drive thru that she wasn’t being helped by her peers. It could have been so much faster if those two girls would have pitched in to help the last 20 minutes they were open for the customers and for the g

We came in last night requesting one cookie decided by two super sweet girls. We were finding out the gender of our baby. We handed the two girls working, our envelope. I asked them to choose cheesecake if it was a girl and cookie monster if it was a boy. They were immediately up for the task and they truly were so eager, I couldn’t even get out my words in full sentences because they immediately said “yes!!” I will forever be grateful for their excitement as it added to the excitement my partner and I were experiencing. Unfortunately, I slid the box around at one point so the frosting is messed up but picture how cute this was before. 🩷 Sweetest workers ever.

Great catering service!! We ordered 8 dozen for a family summer camp event and they were a MAIN HIT! The s’mores cookie was perfect for camping and everyone loved having an assortment. So good too. Seriously the best gourmet cookies
