Beachcomber Trading Post Restaurant

Beachcomber is a lovely place to eat, it has spectacular seating on the water and plenty of it. The particular dish I ordered (wish I could remember) was a bit bland, but the burgers are phenomenal and so are the fries. The menu is small as well, so there’s only a few options unless you’re going to the specials menu. They had a great selection of drink specials, but what really made this place great was the AMAZING baked goods and coffee inside. If you catch yourself passing the area and don’t have time to sit and eat, the pastries and coffee alone make it worth a stop in. There’s also an extremely friendly and adorable cat that likes to hangout out front so that definitely earned this place some points.

Wonderful restaurant and coffee shop. We sat at an outdoor table this morning, right next to the water. Ate a delicious breakfast burrito. Friendly staff, awesome views, fresh food. Also has a walk-up counter for quick orders and to-go.

We’ve been going to Manasota all summer. We’ve wanted to eat at Beachcomber but never did.. this past Sunday we decided to. And we’ve been missing out. A great place for a good lunch. Great view of the bay. Connor was very polite and professional. The food was fresh and delicious. Definitely will go back and highly recommend.

Excellent! We were greeted at the entrance of the parking lot by the owner himself and he helped us park. We were seated immediately and chose to sit outdoors. Awesome atmosphere as they had live music and the weather was perfect for having breakfast on the water. The food was delicious and service exceptional. We witnessed the owner and wait staff helping a boat dock as well. I highly recommend this place! I wish I would have taken more photos but this is one of the view from our table.

Bagel and fruit cup was a good combination for a morning starter. Flavorful and the bacon was crisp. Enough to get your day started just right. Nice place to grab a coffee and watch the water for breakfast . Recommend it!
