Tried the Boneless Thigh Sandwich at the NJ Beer Company Bday party. Usually a pulled pork guy but this was the most mouth watering, tasty sandwich I’ve had in some time. The coleslaw, sauce, and some spicy banana peppers made this sandwich perfect.
Bbq on Cole’s is DELICIOUS! The Mac & cheese is perfection. The Coleslaw is so crisp and fresh. But the stars of the show are the expertly bbq meats. Tender, juicy, FLAVORFUL and beautifully complimented by homemade sauces. AND he’s the nicest guy. RUN don’t walk the next time you see a BBQ on Cole’s pop-up!
Delicious! Had while at NJ beer co. Goes really well with a nice IPA but I’m sure with any drink. Mac and cheese was perfection. Will be looking out for more!
The food is amazing!!! I'm still thinking about the ribs that I had, defiantly cannot wait to get some of that food again!!!!
Never had a bad meal from Cole. Everything is fantastic!
