We called on short notice and they truly came through for us! The cake was absolutely beautiful—expertly designed with great attention to detail—and it tasted just as amazing as it looked. We’re so grateful for their incredible work and fast turnaround!
I go here all the time as A Customer and also to pick up orders to deliver for them. The guy that works at night is very rude I arrived to pick up an ice cream for a customer.He claimed I was late so he had the ice cream not waiting inside the refrigerator. He had it on the pick up counter on the table melting.I think that's very unprofessional to take out your frustration on the customer And affect the quality of their food.Because you're upset, never coming here again.They need to find someone else at night... What a joke.
I ordered a waffle cone but the staff member handled the cone, not the paper holder, without gloves immediately after handling money.
Freezers aren’t working properly and ice cream all melted. Yet, salesperson still decided to sell us the “ice cream” and give us an excuse that it’s supposed to be like that. You be the judge (pictures of the ice cream containers in their freezers)...
Clean, nice location. Love the kiosk and the fact that I can use my Dunkin Rewards.
