Baskin-Robbins

Honestly, it's Baskin Robbins. You really can't go wrong. I've seen some of the 1 and 2 star reviews, and I just don't agree with them at all. I've been here plenty of times, and they've never disappointed me. The customer service has always been really good. The staff actually takes the time to help you with your order instead of rushing you. They also recently remodeled the place, so everything looks clean and updated. If you haven't been here in a while, or at all, I'd definitely recommend stopping by and checking it out for yourself.

Nice staff but the ice creams are a bit too sweet for my taste It’s also pretty pricey

If you’re gonna chose your hours or be temporarily closed, here’s a thought, put it on maps that you’re CLOSED.

The staff there are extremely friendly, they have been exceedingly nice to me every single time I go. Baskin Robbins is my go to ice cream place, with at least 15-20 different flavors and even more combinations. Not only that, but their flavors change, and are also provided as ice cream cakes and pizzas. Yes pizzas. And they definitely made it work. I get all my cakes made from them and each one comes out better than the last

This review is for the store on Fair Oaks in South Pasadena. I experienced what I can only call discrimination as I was denied a purchase. Even after showing me that what I was asking for was available, the associate told me that he has “very good customers” who come in to buy that ice cream so he would not sell it to me. If I could give less than one star I would. I can’t imagine that there’s any excuse that would make it right to deny a paying customer a purchase, but to basically insinuate that I am not one of those “good customers” is nothing less than discrimination. Beware.
