Just got off the phone with TIM (manager) who didn’t seem to care that this THING (glass/plastic) was in my esquites corn for lunch . I made Tim aware of “hey I’m not trying to be that person but….” Not only did he say sorry in a nonchalant way, he offered to take the $6 side dish off the bill instead of refunding the entire $50 bill. I used to be a fan of this place now I no longer would like to be a patron or supporter. How dare he, and whomever made him manager of that establishment.

Steven provided such an outstanding experience at bartaco in Stamford. From the moment we sat down, he was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure we had a great time. He knew the menu inside and out, gave thoughtful recommendations, and made sure our drinks and food came out smoothly and quickly. His positive energy really elevated the whole meal. What stood out most was how personable and professional he was at the same time. Steven checked in at the perfect moments without ever being overbearing, and he made us feel valued as guests. Great service can make all the difference, and he absolutely delivered. We’ll definitely be coming back and hoping to sit in his section again!

Steven was amazing! The pork belly tacos are to die for and the nachos with guac are perfect! Def coming here again! The vibes and music is amazing!

Steven was absolutely fantastic at Bartaco! From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. He made great recommendations and checked in at all the right times without ever hovering. Our drinks were always full, the food came out perfectly timed, and he made the whole experience feel effortless. You can tell he really cares about what he does. We’ll definitely be back and will ask for Steven again!

We have been coming here for years and they changed the recipe on our favorite food we always get. Shrimp taco is definitely different. Chicken rice bowl not the same. Still pretty good but not as good as before.
