Such an amazing place for a nice meal. Super cozy and such friendly staff. Ty was such a hilarious and generous server, he made our experience wonderful! The food was delicious and their menu is well crafted. I would absolutely reccomend this place we will definitely be back!

All smiles at Barefoot Cafe in Fairfax. They surprised our party of 8 after an amazing hike through Cataract Falls. The service was excellent and the food was fresh and delivered fast to our table. We all were extremely satisfied. A few foodie critics at our table spoke not a word as they gobbled down their sandwiches. I especially appreciated that the staff was extremely accommodating and allowed me to create an order that was not on the menu and it was incredible. I had a grilled chicken and spinach with pesto and sun dried tomatoes on grilled sourdough bread. We will definitely visit again when in the area.

We were on our way to Point Reyes and we found this restaurant on a really beautiful street. We walked in to be welcomed by its really cozy ambience. I got myself poached eggs and Lox, a chocolate chip pancake, and a vegetarian special sandwich for my girl friend. The food was so fulfilling. The person who served the food has been really friendly though I can’t recollect the gentleman’s name. Highly recommend stopping by.

This was a great dinner spot on the Friday night my wife and I arrived in Fairfax for the first time. It had all the qualities we were looking for, a great dinner menu, indoors seating, full bar, and a location right in the downtown area. The service was outstanding, with Tyrone taking care to make sure we were happy and well fed, and he was very informative and knowlegeable of the menu and the specials. The food was top notch, the salmon special was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful, the Crab Cakes were exquisite, and the meatballs were tender and delicious. The Beet Salad could have used some more beets and less greenery, but it was also a great dish. Would definitely come back again next time we are in the area!
