Barberitos

I visited this Barberitos on 2/6/25 to pickup an online order. When I arrived I went to the pickup counter I provided my name and my order was placed on the counter. I looked through the bags and nothing was labeled as to what was in each box. Those that frequently order burrito bowls are aware you are unable to tell what the order is most time because the bowls are piled high and with digging through the food you are unable to tell what each bowl/order is. I placed my mother’s name for her bowl not one label specified which was her bowl. The containers were filthy food was all over the outside of the container. I asked the worker at the pickup counter where were the chips and salsa for each order? The worker stated the chips are in the bag and the salsa is too. The worker stated I don’t k

The people making the foo 100/10. The check out person gets a -100. She charged me for an upgrade cheese and wasn't given. Did not offer my free chips with my order and rudely said I had nachos and didn't need the chips. Then put some in a bag that was very minimal. This is my favorite restaurant in Thomasville and this is my first and only bad experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place despite the dreary weather. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was a bit lacking due to the gray day and perhaps the employees' mood. The lack of music also contributed to a somewhat somber ambiance. However, the bathrooms were clean, and the overall establishment was well-maintained. I would definitely return on a brighter day to see if the atmosphere is different.

It was fast service and the man working the house was awesome. Clean area. It was super busy but that's lunch. $48 for 2 adult entrees and 2 kids meals.

Food was flavorful but my online order was missing the double meat and possibly the fajita vegetables. I remember the portions being larger when I went regularly 10yrs ago but I finished the 2x steak bowl in under 15 minutes while playing on my phone.
