The Bread Wagon

A great shop off the road with an incredible variety of baked goods, frozen take home meals, and sweets. While we didn't grab a picture, they have an extensive snack and candy variety filling the shelves. Fridges have a great variety of cheeses meals or even a snacking chicken salad. A definite stop if just passing by, bringing a friend from out of town, or just grabbing a loaf on the weekend.

We visited on a whim when in Thomasville for a short weekend stay. We purchased the crab dip, pimento cheese, and pumpkin muffins with icing to have as snacks in our hotel room. Each item was delicious and fresh. Wish we had a cooler to take home a pie because the strawberry one in particular looked amazing. Can’t wait to return for more treats and fresh bread.

I come here every year from out of town for Christmas treats and they never disappoint. They're very welcoming and the food is always delicious. The atmosphere in this place is exceptional. You can tell that it's not like any other bakery. I love this place and I hope to visit for years to come!

The Bread Wagon is hands down one of the best places I’ve ever visited! The moment you walk in, you can tell how clean and well cared for everything is — spotless and inviting. The service was truly next level — everyone was friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. Now, the food… absolutely amazing! Everything was fresh and full of flavor, but the cakes, breads, and cheeses were out of this world. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into every bite. If you haven’t been to The Bread Wagon yet, do yourself a favor and go — you’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Perfect quaint little variety store! Wonderful atmosphere and the smells are amazing! Fresh baked everything! And lots of specialty candies, too!
