Kilwins

Perfect city for a Kilwin's. As always, great treats, great service. There's a few spots outside to sit street side. This place has it all in the line of treats. Be prepared, they are proud of their stuff so you'll be paying for it, but the for most items the value is there. We bought the marshmallows for $14 and wasn't really tasting the value but we just had to try them. The ice cream was delicious. Can't say enough about the service. They really know how to treat customers.

I love the feeling you get from walking through the doors of kilwins , it’s like another dimension of love and hugs and full of everything created to please the palate for sweets. From handcrafted ice cream to divine chocolates that make you want to take a box or a pint home n curl up on the sofa n watch a great movie while eating your favorite sweets. The staff is there to make sure your visit is one on one and you are well taken care of. No one makes you feel rushed but each person is welcoming and grateful for each customer’s visit to Kilwins. Whether ordering or taste testing or just admiring, everyone there is awesome and professional.

This place smells like heaven! They put back my Carmel apple order for me and held it 2 days! Super nice and friendly! My new favorite sweet spot!

Jackie and Dewayne have built a great team and an incredible nostalgic dessert shop! Ice cream is the creamiest, and the carmel apples are addictive! So much more to choose from. You may find yourself in a diabetic coma! Ok, do i didn't mention the dark chocolate with sea salt or the strawberry bon bons. Need i say more? Delicious!

I recently visited Kilwins and I was extremely disappointed in the management. As an employee was taking my order the manager, Jackie, interrupted her multiple times and passed things over to the girl helping me to finish her work. As the employee was making my order Jackie was assisting me at the register and asked a question that I’m guessing the employee didn’t hear as she was steaming milk and she made a comment under her breath and walked away from the register. Her attitude was very condescending and off putting. It was not a good experience and I will not be coming back unless the management is replaced.
