Bagel Deli Plus

Good service, and AMAZING bagels, they came quick even though place was packed, and the portions were definitely big for their price, the quality of the ingredients is also evident as it tasted AMAZING. Stayed at Eastchester area with my dad and brother, came the first time to this shop out of curiosity, had to eat the bagel in the car as it was SO GOOD, then we came back 3 more times , tried philly cheesesteaks, the BLT and a couple more flavours, they were ALL amazing, i 1000% recommend this place and will be bringing people here

I go there every morning. When they see me come in they get my order ready....NOW THAT'S GREAT SERVICE. Always greeted with a smile

If you are just passing through this place is overwhelming. Boards are really hard to read and service is rushed. We almost left but glad we didn't. We went simple because there's no time to look at the menu which is a shame. Saying that the food is fresh and tasty. It's only take out so if you are eating on the go it would be useful if they cut through the whole bagel instead we had to pull it apart. Nice place but small and very chaotic.

If I could give it negative 0 stars I would… Unfortunately this spot used to be my favorite coffee and bagel place the food is great, but I regret to say since the new ownership the Customer service has gone down. I am Latina and speak fluent Spanish and English and I feel really uncomfortable when I can clearly understand what the guys in the back Speak of the customers. They speak to each under hushed tones, they literally seem to dislike servicing people but put up a false facade when they turn around and speak to them in English, today was the last straw I was in a bit of hurry due to my work schedule, and one of the guys who is not servicing began to demean me in Spanish and was extremely rude because I voiced the fact that 2 people who came after me left. I did not have a big order

Amazing food and very friendly staff! I liked multigrain sesame bagel “healthy chicken” and my wife enjoyed whole wheat bagel with salmon and low fat scallion cheese!
