6/6 I decided to try this cute ice cream shop at the Ridge Hill shopping mall. I had the Sicilian pistachio, and it was delicious. Later on that night, I went back around 9 pm, and I have to say if there's one thing that will tank a business, it's the people you hire. It was about 4 younger male/females, and I paid $8.11 for ice cream on a cone. Then, I went to the next window for my order. The lady behind me got her 2 orders, and I decided to see when my order was ready. Sure enough, the staff was just standing around, talking with each other, and forgetting about my order. Then asked me what's your ordered?. This business is too new to be having any kind of customer service issues. Service is just as important as the product you serve/sell. Absolutely loved my visit to Van Leeuwen Ice Cream! I had the Praline Butter Cake and it was beyond delicious—creamy, flavorful, and the perfect balance of sweet and nutty. The manager Hector was welcoming and professional, making sure everything ran smoothly. And a special shoutout to Samantha, our server, who was incredibly sweet and helpful. Her friendly attitude made the experience even better. Can’t wait to come back again for more tasty treats!

Plenty of delicious flavours and has some unique flavor combinations. Right in the heart of Ridge Hill Mall. Spacious location where you can get to have the ice cream and watch a movie in the open. Will definitely come by again.

I love how many selections they have. You can also try any flavors you want for free. The servers are friendly. They also offer pupcups for a couple of dollars. My favorite flavor is pistachio, it’s not so sweet but it’s good.
