Auto-Chlor System

I would not recommend Autochlor. Here is Why. After five years of using their dishwashing service, I’ve watched the quality and professionalism decline drastically. Their management team Scott, Martin, and Chris will tell you whatever you want to hear to keep your business, but nothing actually changes. The whole operation feels outdated, disorganized, and, frankly, shady. One major issue is the extremely high turnover rate. I rarely see the same technician twice, which makes it impossible to build rapport. Even worse, sometimes no one shows up, yet their receipts will say they did. I’ve run out of chemicals multiple times and had to contact them down to get refills. Their payment process is a hassle. They don’t accept ACH payments unless you go through a convoluted process with getting

I work at a local cafe called Katy's Corner Cafe here in Seattle. We use Auto-Chlor and they are amazing. Our technician guy Anthony is incredible. He is always in the best mood, makes me smile and actually taught me about the products. Not a typical customer service experience I expected from a company like this. He really went above and beyond. He even showed me how to use the products on our different surfaces we have and it made me more efficient at my job. I highly recommend this company!

I've used them in four different cafes, and I've always had great service, from regular service calls to design and install. Josh in particular has helped build out two of our dish-pits and was really fantastic to work with. Highly recommend.

Auto-Chlor is amazing. I have nothing but awesome things to say about their products and services. Their 24/7 support gives me absolute piece of mind that I am always in good hands when it comes to my dishwashing/chemical needs. All of their driver technicians consistently exceed my restaurants expectations. If I ever have any problem, which is very seldom, Darnell and the team in the office are always one quick phone call away and take always take care of my needs.
