Auto-Chlor System

I have been using this company for 10 years. The equipment works well and they are always responsive if any problem arises. Usually they come the same day that I call. They have never let me down. The technicians are very good and respectful. Financially they did not raise their rates for many years. Aces in my book!

I have ordered for new auto chlor to my restaurant, The area manager (name I don’t want to reveal in this review) he told me it will take 3 to 4 weeks , and I am still waiting and completing 6 weeks now Even my call not answering the person. Completely dissatisfied with the service before installation, we don’t know what is going to happen in future service, if any manager seen this review you can reply me

The star you see is not one, it is minus one. The worst kind of customer service ever, ever. We are NOT cash on delivery, we lease their dishwashing machine and our last month's bill was due, which is perfectly fine, as we are not cash on delivery. Nevertheless, I have asked them to text me the day before their tech arrives each month so that I can pay them for the current month and not have bills adding up. No text message from them, but when their tech arrives, it is between lunch and dinner (when we close the restaurant and I am on break). He gets into the premises through the back door, which is open, because my dish washer is around and lets him in, gets REALLY mad and removes parts of the machine and takes them away because our last month's bill is due. Mike installed our new bar dishwasher and was awesome. Did more than asked and made sure we had our machine in for service even though we had to have an electrician rework the wiring. Thanks Mike!

We have been doing business with Auto-chlor system since our restaurant opened. Whenever we need help, they are here for us patiently showing us what to do. The Route 1 technician is the best!!! Highly Recommended. they have a very reliable team in this Bethel relocation!
