Unfortunately, this "Anne's" isn't on your penn entertainment app. However, track everything else you do to generate points and rewards. Visit there for the 1st time and had a great experience. Meets some friendly staff members one was very helpful, she made sure my pretzel was hot and tasty. Thanks Tamia for the great service.

Went at 8pm on a Monday. Had to get fresh pretzels because they were out. Crew was super slow and 2 female employees had a dispute in front of customers. Didn't engage with customers saying how long of a wait or even an update. Didn't offer any drinks or anything for the wait. TLDR: it took about 25 minutes to make 2 pretzels and poor customer service. Management: please make sure your employees are engaging with customers and working a bit faster.

I have always loved Aunt Anne's I generally sneak a few of these pretzels into the movie theaters with me cuz they're pretzels at the theaters. Really suck but these press those are really good. I highly recommend them.

Cashier refused to sell us anything because it was the end of the night. She was acting as if she wanted to be anywhere but work. This was after she dropped the previous customers pretzel bites on the floor and sneezed directly into her bare hand and then continued to touch product like nothing happened.
