Technobake

It wouldn't be Christmas baking for me without the Technobake penibois pans in all their wonderful sizes. They add such elegance to the presentationo of the cakes I send throughtout the world. I once had Martha Stewart taste one and she invited me to bake it on one of her Christmas baking shows; I believe the year was 2010. I had to decline due to my strict deadlines (journalist) on a big on-going story. She had someone else on her show that day, a sweet-appearing female bakery shop owner from lower Manhattan who made a chocolate fruitcake. Martha was not pleased and she insulted the poor woman more than once during the cooking segment. I was so happy I hadn't appeared on her show! Meanwhile, no more penibois pans for Martha!

Amazing customer service. I have recently ordered from Technobake and the packaged never made it to my for even though I have been living at this address for 10 years and I have 2 cameras at my door that did not show any Fedex employee by my door on the day of the delivery. I have submitted a claim and waited patiently but to my surprise Fedex refused to accept their mistake and the amazing customer service at Technobake offered to send me the order again without any charge. Even though it was not their fault they went above and beyond to assure customer satisfaction and gained a lifetime customer. Thank you again, and for other people reading this review please do not abuse their kindness and support this amazing business, it is hard to find businesses with this attitude nowadays.

Answered my questions about the product (the 3 kg pan fitting in a 6kg Mol d' Art melter.) Two of these fit nicely, but be aware that the induction heating system will not heat one side so the maximum temperature achievable is not what it is with the 6 kg pan. You can get it up to about 108F. Packaging and delivery time were excellent. Very courteous and friendly staff.

One of the few places I found to purchase more bakeware I first bought while in Paris. 10 out of 10 service, product availability and price.
