Auntie Anne's

I can't understand how such a wonderful store with the most delicious products and wonderful employees closes some branches instead of expanding it. I had 2 Auntie Annie's around my house and both have been closed since the pandemic. Now I drive miles away to get to the next closest one. I love Annie's pretzels they are wonderful. An amazing snack and treat for me. Kory (hope wrote it correctly) works at the Liberty Township branch. He is amazing. A role model for a great customer service associate. He's nice, caring, knowledgeable, fast and accurate. I love to see him when I go to get my order. I hope Auntie Annie values his dedication and loyalty, pays him what he deserves, and keeps him happy because I know he makes everybody happy to get back to that store

A small mall shop , clean and staffs are nice. Fast service and had no issue on getting the right good on pickup. Pretzels were soft and fresh. Keep it up

I was at Auntie Anne’s and when I took a bite of my almond pretzel it was undercooked and it tasted raw.

Whew! One of the best crispy, hot n fresh and delicious pretzel I've eaten at any location.

Went a few weeks ago and ordered a frozen hot chocolate. After a few sips, it chunked up and I couldn't drink it. I took it back and the manager didn't know why because the machine was working fine. But he gave me another one to replace the first and it did the same thing. This week I went there to order a pretzel. The manager recognized me and told me they found out what the problem was and was able to remedy it. Then he gave me a free one because of the issues before. It was perfect & great with my pretzel bites. I appreciated his attention to the issue.
