Service was good however, I got 2 pretzels one salted, one cinnamon and a large lemonade. The pretzels were dry and hard, tasted like they have been sitting for a bit and the lemonade tasted very off. This was my first time at this location, usually I only see auntie Anne’s in the mall and it’s always fresh from the pretzels to lemonade.
Great service! Got the wrong order by mistake when using delivery but they did everything + some to make it right! This is how you should do customer service! Thank you to the manager working today!
Amazing place with lot of great options for dessert! Friendly employees! Must visit if you’re in town!
