Auntie Anne's

I frequent this mall often. I tend to attempt to purchase from this vendor. However this particular location is TRASH! They never have any pretzels ready. If you know you’re running low and it’s busy how difficult is it to start a new batch to keep up with demand. Then it’s oh no pretzel dogs— they are made to order. EXCUSE ME— since when! This location needs a management revamp, as no one greets you until you say excuse me. It’s truthfully ridiculous.! DO BETTER or move!

I went to order a pretzel but quickly changed my mind when I saw a worker use his phone with gloves on....what is even the point now. Every food service is going down hill. Get it together.

My daughter and I went to Auntie Anne's today and I didn't want to let this review I don't like to write negative reviews, but sometimes they help, rather than upsetting the person in charge. Here's the time we went, and a young lady served us with a not-so-friendly face. I mean, I used to go there with my family and the young ladies had big smiles and were very friendly, and they answered every question we asked. Of course, since I don't work there, I don't know the flavors of the drinks or anything. Anyway, I asked the girl, and she did tell me, but she seemed very upset. We ordered two mango drinks and a cinnamon pretzel cup, and I've never had such hard pretzels... and especially not from there... I was really surprised because they were always fresh. The drinks didn't taste like mango

Absolutely disgusting! Workers are making pretzels with their shorts tucked up and belly exposed! Came just for a pretzel and couldn’t have even been given the time of day. This location should close or revamp. So disappointing.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. While waiting in line, I witnessed two employees loudly arguing with each other, to the point that the staff member taking my order could not hear me. The argument then continued at tables in the dining area, which I found highly unprofessional and disruptive. I hope management addresses this behavior and ensures that employees maintain a respectful and professional environment for customers. Both of these employee’s should be terminated for this uncalled for behavior. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
