Ricardo's Pizza

We had a fantastic dinner at Ricardo's in Greendale and everything was spot on. We started with the hand-cut eggplant strips and they were incredible. Perfectly crisp and full of flavor. We also shared the burrata salad, which was oh so creamy! Wednesdays are a hidden gem here because all bottles of wine are half off, making it even more of a treat! The pizza was wonderful as always. Consistently delicious crust, great toppings, and cooked perfectly. We went with the sausage, mushroom, green pepper, and onion. To top it all off, the service was absolutely impeccable. Attentive, quick and friendly! This place doesn't disappoint!

First time for dinner and mixed reviews. The Italian beef and chicken panini were spot on. The pasta was decent but was like a 1/2 portion and the garlic bread tasted off. 4 stars for the food overall..Our server was very nice but nonexistent. Thankfully, the other waitstaff and buss team helped take care of us but everything took forever. I think next time we will just sit at the bar and stick with the sandwiches.

Dinner and service started out good but went down hill after that. Outdoor patio was very nice. Waitress was kind and stated out good but seemed very overwhelmed and busy and we didn't see her alot. Pizza was burnt on edges. Waited long time time to get the bill and a to go box. Pizza definitely done way more than I cared for.

Salads were very fresh, had limited amount of topping on the side salad but the French and Italian dressings were really good. The cheesy garlic bread was good. The pizza was super good, I loved the sauce it was very flavorful and the crust was just as good. Calamari was fresh and was authentic with the tentacles pieces.

My wife and I order pizza for take out all the time and they have some of the Best pizza in town! Their apps are also great like their cheesy garlic bread and mottzerella sticks. If you are looking for a new or good pizza place I Highly recommend Ricardo's!
