They were so helpful and compassionate. Very understanding and supportive during my visit
Been trying to get appointment for COVID vaccine and NOBODY will answer phone. I get automated message giving direction on how to schedule. Once I choose the ONLY OPTION GIVEN, phone rings 2-3 times then hangs up. Some health department if you can't even talk to a real person.
The person who answers the phone has no knowledge and refuses to answer questions. You avoid things that are about city employees and enforce the rules on them
