Mitzi Lous

This is just a little restaurant located below a daycare or preschool, mostly carry out, however they do have a few high tops with chairs if you want to stay and eat. I got a personal size cheese pizza with pepperoni & sausage and am order of the potato rounds with cheese & bacon, overall it was all good! The pricing is very reasonable and the staff was very nice!

I had the best supreme pizza in Athens delivered, so I can't comment on service or atmosphere. Forget the national chain restaurants for pizza and show some love to Mitzy Lou's. The thin crust was perfect, the sauce was flavorful and obviously not pumped full of corn syrup. Fresh veggies, meat and just the right amount of cheese made this pizza perfect.

BEST pizza in the area in my opinion! Italian and pizza subs were great too! Breadsticks were thick and fluffy, for lack of a better word. 😅. The sauce has a little zest to it. Happy to have found this little pizza gem in Southern Ohio!

This might be my favorite pizza place in Athens right now. If you like Avalanche, keep going there, but for all their myriad of custom pizzas, I find them bland. Mitzi's serves up a nice cheesy (and greasy) pizza with some powerful pepperoni. That is the basic pizza I use to judge a place by. The crust is also thin and crispy and my last one has a bit of char to the toppings which I liked.

Mitzi Lous has three chairs to sit, o dinning indoors not really an option nor any public/customer restrooms. Clean and no thrills service polite and to the point. 4pts for the sandwich I ordered. I figure the do most of business via pickup or delivery service.
