Askatu Bakery

This place is a DREAM! Our little ones have food allergies and it so great to be able to bring them here and let them pick out whatever they want. We've really enjoyed the pop-tarts, "oreo" cookie, cake jars and cupcakes. We also enjoy getting their treats at the Queen Anne Farmer's Market too. Oct 2025 update: We decided to order our son's birthday cake from Askatu. Very happy with the cake, it was delicious. We ordered a 6 inch funfetti cake with strawberry icing. I made my own cake topper to put on top since they do not do licensed characters. Will definitely order future birthday cakes from here!!

Askatu made my wedding cake - it was beautiful, delicious, and best of all, free from so many allergens! The ordering process was straightforward and there were lots of options for cake, filling, icing, and designs to choose from. So happy that I could eat the cake at my own wedding. I look forward to checking out more of Askatu's baked goods in the future :)

This bakery was phenomenal. As someone with celiac and and nut allergy I was able to eat here. The whole bakery is gluten free and the confections are good quality, and don't crumble or have huge holes in them like typical gf products. The owner and staff were such a pleasure to talk with and they were so helpful! And since i went in fall they had a pumpkin iced chai that was tasty.I definitely recommend the turkey pesto sandwich! 😋

I picked up a variety of treats for a meeting and everything was delicious. The team that helped me out was so friendly and accommodating. Great experience - will absolutely be back!

I ordered a custom dairy free gluten free cake with them and had such a perfect experience with them! I got to sit down with the baker and she was so sweet and talked me through my options and decorated it exactly how I wanted it. So happy with my whole experience with them!
