I never ever do this on social media. But I called in an order. It was a specialty order so I called it in. Asked for a vegan cake. They told me yes we do make them. Went to go pick it up today. A half hour prior to my pick up time I was told the cake is not vegan. It’s gluten-free all they have are cookies to offer me. I did a special order for my oncologist who has saved my life in turn. This Bakery is the worst. The baker I guess came from the counter and back and told me all he has is cookies. I said OK what cookies are they he goes I don’t have them come back later after three. I said my doctors appointment is for 11 AM. I said that’s too late. This bakery used to be very good not anymore. Their customer service is the worst the taste of their baked goods taste stale. Now I go instead

This bakery had fantastic reviews, so I was excited to give it a try. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but great. Either the person helping me had something against me, or I just had the worst luck, because every single pastry I received was a total letdown. Everything tasted old, dry, and completely stale...like it had been sitting out for days. I honestly couldn’t believe how disappointing it was, especially given all the hype.

Super cute little Italian bakery, it has a restaurant attached to it. It’s my family’s go to bakery, they have this amazing almond cake… my mouth is watering thinking about it. I went yesterday to pick up a family members birthday cake, and I ended up getting a cupcake, a tiramisu and a lava cake. Everything tasted good but hats off to the tiramisu! It wasn’t too sweet and it was sooo light, wish i had some right now. Customer service was good too , I had my toddler with me that wanted a specific cupcake and the girl behind the counter accommodated my toddler’s preferences

This is my favorite Bakery . They have the freshest pastry and cookies always! Never have I ever gotten bad product from them. I get my birthday cake every year from them as well . In my option this is the best Italian bakery in the area .

I ordered a Birthday cake ahead of time . What I received was a cake taken out of the showcase,. My husband picked it up,when he brought it home I called the bakery and questioned the cletk. I asked her if it was premade or what I special ordered. She could not tell me which it was, only they USUALLY make it the way the customer ordered it. SADLY IT WAS NOT A SPECIAL ORDER CAKE I RECEIVED.
