Arby's

Sandwich was barely warm, bread was not toasted as requested (if not an option was not told this). Drive thru service was very good.

First, we had to wait with no line in the drive thru. Second, the cashier acted like she was in a bad mood and didn't want to be there to leave home drama at home. Third, I ordered a classic roast beef with cheddar and didn't get it. I also ordered a French dipp and didn't get any dipping sauce. What a joke Arby's in Thomasville ga has come not happy with them

Selling food that had a use by date then they just put another sticker right over it! Fraudulently selling old food! This is on a Thursday!

Changing my review to a 4 star. I went today for lunch, was hesitant but so glad I went because that #4 was on point and absolutely delicious! 🤤 I truly enjoyed eating here a couple months ago. And would have given it 5 stars then, but the last few weeks have been rather disappointing. On multiple occasions they run out of the same things.. Certain types of buns and the jalapeno poppers seem to run out often. Sometimes drive thru is closed, sometimes the lobby is closed, and then sometimes like yesterday 2-20-24 afternoon both are closed with no sign/explanation just employees walking around cleaning I guess from what it looked like. Just truly inconsistent and it's an inconvenience. Today was the first time I actually got buffalo sauce with the nuggets I ordered so that was a plus last 4
