Arby's

Arby's is the only fast food resteraunt that I eat at when I'm on the road. They usually always have a special. This time was the 4 roast beef for $10. Got drive thru.

11/15/2025 @ 1:35 p.m.- (I have receipt). There were no customers inside or at drive thru. We waited for 8 minutes for someone to take our order over the speaker. After we had to say hello for the third time a lady came over the speaker to take our order. As we pull up to pay and get our order we were told to pull to first parking spot and that they will bring it out. We waited there for 11 more minutes. Meanwhile 2 other cars pulled through and received their meals fairly quickly. When the female came out with our order she had the rudest attitude. Never spoke at all. I said Thank you and she threw up her hands, rolled her eyes and walked back into the restaurant. The sandwiches were cold so I knew that they were not freshly made. My husband and I were completely shocked with the actions

While I have never been a huge fan of Arby's, I will occasionally get a roast beef sandwich. Today, we tried the "new" steak bites and they were ABSOLUTELY horrible. They literally tasted like burned beef jerky. I truly don't know how this is remotely referred to as steak. To be fair, I haven't had a "bad" roast beef sandwich from Arby's but these steak bites are horrible. I would caution anyone from making these your entrée. If you want to try them, I get it... just be ready to accept the fact that the money you spent for them could've have gone to your gas tank to go get something delicious from somewhere else.

Very bad, I ordered the meat and 3 box, my chicken sandwich was wrong, they were out of cheese sticks, and the didn't give me the bronco sauce for the apple tasting peach thing

I have tried Reuben sandwiches at so many different places, but nothing compares to Arby's Corned Beef Reuben omg, so delicious 😋 you have to try it to see for yourself.... I AM HOOKED! My kids like the sliders and shakes. Highly recommend this Arby's.
