Arby's

ordered a ham and swiss melt --received cold cut that did not have enough heat to even begin melting the cheese. Fries tasted as if they had been sitting for 2-3 hours. At least my Coke was good.

I really enjoyed the Peach Cobbler Roll - very satisfying. The staff seemed pretty tired; I can't blame them - I was feeling the same way. This location is pretty old, and showing signs of its age. Maybe time for an interior refresher. All things considered, though, it was a welcome break for this weary traveler.

This is probably the best Arby’s I’ve eaten at. Everything was fresh, dining room was clean, and the fries were piping hot! The staff came around and were riding up, even though it was pretty much clean.

Went there because we love Arby’s. We are doing a lot of driving and needed fast food so we could keep going. We ordered roast beef because they are easy to eat in the car right? Nope! Check out the pics. They cubed their roast beef which made it taste a little different but then 1 bite into the sandwich it was raining cubes of meat everywhere It was a mess it didn’t taste as good and ai regret the stop. No warning.

I ordered my food and drove home and the order was wrong. I drove back to Arby’s and the cashier that took my was still at the front counter so I went up to her and said that I ordered a hamburger and got a cheddar sandwich. She gave me a dirty look and said no you ordered this sandwich I said no I did not. So she got mad grabbed the sandwich and threw it in the garbage and mumbled something under her breath. So another lady came to the counter to reimburse the whole order and recharged the whole order. So I said can I get a soda for having to drive back for my trouble and she said no. When the Oder was done the young girl put the bag on the counter and did not say a word. I said thank you for fixing this order and she turned her back on me and did not say a word. Very poor customer servic
